Solar PV

 Back to Renewable

Solar PV harvests the power of the sun to generate electricity that can be used in the home.

Solar panel collectors which are usually located on the roof of your home or office send the power produced to an inverter which converts the energy from DC to AC so that it is able to be fed into your existing electrical system.

Solar PV generates clean, green energy and saves you money on your energy bills, as well as benefiting the environment!

The solar electricity generated by the system is free thus reducing your energy bills by replacing electricity that you would otherwise purchase from your energy supplier.

We have installed lots of different types of Solar PV installations up to 100kWp to varying types of buildings as well as large commercial ground mounted installations.

Your property does not necessarily have to face South as East/West solutions can be extremely efficient in cases producing more energy when home owners need it most.

The Feed-in Tariffs (FITs) scheme is a UK Government scheme designed to encourage uptake of a range of small-scale renewable and low-carbon electricity generation technologies. Under FITs, you could be paid for the electricity you generate with your Solar PV System for the next 20 years.
