Electrical testing services
Our engineers are fully accredited and have been trained and qualified to City & Guilds 2391 in Electrical Inspection works.
When completed you will receive an NICEIC Electrical Installation Condition Report detailing all of the circuit test results and a list of deviations from BS7671 wiring regulations. if you require the technical phrases unravelled then we have somebody available to talk it through with you and advise on what, if any action is required, we can, of course, provide you with a free fixed-price quotation for any of these upgrades.
We have a fixed price for completing the inspections for a standard domestic dwelling but the cost for larger buildings can alter significantly depending on the age, size, access and complexity of the electrical installation so please call to chat about any specific requirements you may have.
Electrical Installation Condition Reports
A satisfactory EICR document is often a requirement of your Insurance company in the event of any claim.
Emergency Lighting Testing
Generally used to highlight exits and provide illumination of the escape route for people leaving a location should the task lighting fail. Annual testing will ensure the lighting works for the full required duration.
Fire Alarm Testing
Ensuring all of the break glass call points and automatic detectors operate correctly and that the fire panel is in good order.
